The Nebraska Realty Kindness Crew participated in the 30th annual Brush Up Nebraska/Paint A Thon over a two week period earlier this month. 

BRUSH UP NEBRASKA Paint-A-Thon is a community based volunteer program that paints homes of qualified low-income elderly and low-income permanently disabled homeowners, in the Omaha Metropolitan Area, so that they may maintain their property, increase energy efficiency and beautify the community.

The purpose of Nebraska Realty's Kindness Crew is to intentionally involve Nebraska Realty agents & employees in volunteering time and making a hands on effort to help provide for those in need, in the community.

The Paint A Thon was a perfrect opportunity for agents & team members to give back to the community while enjoying time together as a work family. Over a 2 week period the Kindness Crew prepped and painted the home, freshened up the landscaping and made other small repairs around the home. 

Upon finishing the work, the Kindness Crew presented the homeowner with a one of a kind handmade address plackard for his home.
