Helping home buyers and sellers has been the goal of Jeanne Anderson (founding partner) for almost 20 years now. Ten years ago, Jeanne created the Havenmakers Group to provide client focuses services for more people.  Deana Pohlmeier and Brad Krauth are partners bringing professional knowledge that is of incredible value. We are available to work with buyers and sellers in all areas surrounding the Omaha metro area.  We love selling all properties but specialize in acreage, lake and homes in the metro and all the areas surrounding it. So many great places to live and enjoy everyday. 

Our office is located any where you are but we have a brick and mortar at Highway 370 and 84th Street in Papillion.  However, our car is always the most used work space and can easily cover a couple Nebraska counties a day. We show houses from Palmyra to Blair to Weeping Water to Plattmouth and anywhere in the great state of Nebraska. Our agents have lived  in many of the towns we serve, built new construction and invested many years in commercial and ag real estate.  Our team understands the special sewer and water issues invovled in some of these unique properties. Our team of excellent professionals are always client focused with their goals in mind. This can make all the difference in a transaction.
