Hey there! My name is Ranae Kocsis. I am a Realtor, military spouse and most importantly the mom of two adorable boys. I grew up in a rural town outside of Toledo, Ohio. I attended Bowling Green State University and earned my bachelor's and master’s degrees in education. Being a teacher was my childhood dream, however military life and numerous moves has pushed me toward my current dream of being a real estate agent.

Our military life has led us to places I never would have imagined. From a small town in Ohio, all the way to Hawaii, Florida and Nebraska. I am proud of my husband who serves and who has led us on our amazing journey. We now call Bellevue, Nebraska home and love our life here. Being a military spouse has defined my life in a way I cannot express in words. I understand deployments, single parenting, changing jobs or careers, and house hunting from afar. Helping fellow military families is my passion, and I will do everything I can to make the transition to the Omaha area the easiest one I can.

When my family first moved to Nebraska, buying our house was the most exciting and terrifying part of the journey. Having a knowledgeable, understanding, honest and kind realtor is what made my experience one I will never forget. Because of the wonderful guidance I received, I was inspired to become a realtor myself. Providing my clients with that same knowledge, understanding, honesty and kindness, along with the most up-to-date information on market trends and housing options are my highest goals.

Real estate is not a job, its a purpose. I have found my purpose in assisting families find their first, forever, or their "while in nebraska" home. It is what I love and I would be thrilled to work with you!
