About Me:

I'm a licensed Realtor with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. I've spent many years buying, selling, remodeling and investing in real estate. My strength with the financial side of real estate will assist you in making the right decision for your budget. If you're looking to discuss more than granite countertops and paint colors, I'm your guy!  I'm fluent with cash-on-cash returns, income producing properties and how your home can be a good investment.

I believe strongly in continuing education and I frequently attend seminars and training to keep me in front of current market trends.  

I've worked in other cities and states, and can bring unique perspectives to negotiations, buying/selling strategies and marketing.
