About Me

Jill Bobenhouse Tesar has had a desire to educate for decades.  Raised in Kearney, NE and then going on to earn a BS in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Jill understands the importance of being both informed and supported to fulfill your dreams.  From 1980-2003, she taught elementary students in Republican City & Roseland and then later moved to larger school districts; Millard & Omaha Public Schools.  This foundation of education and discipline makes Jill a natural at educating and supporting her clients and their needs.

Jill continues to be an avid student of the real estate industry and understands that there is always more to learn.  She has earned several designations over the span of her career including SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), Relocation Specialist, and is also a graduate of the Buffini Peak Producers & Pathways to Mastery Programs.  This dedication to her craft allows Jill to keep her clients up to speed on current trends and possible opportunities.

Jill Bobenhouse Tesar is one of the most trusted and knowledgeable agents in Omaha and many of the surrounding communities.  Jill by no means works a certain “part of town”; she can be found on parcel of land in a pair of boots, or in a beautiful home, in town, on any given day.  Since obtaining her real estate license and joining Nebraska Realty in 2005, Jill has helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals by adopting a listen first policy.  She understands that every client presents a unique situation with unique goals, thus requiring a unique strategy.  This listen first policy has helped Jill not only earn numerous sales awards over her career but more importantly to her, numerous clients who have become lifelong friends.    

When she’s not helping her client’s buy and sell real estate, Jill focuses on her family.  She’s been married to her husband George, since 2003, and they have a golden retriever named Skye.  She also enjoys spending time with her parents, keeping in touch with her former students, walking, golfing, tennis, and fishing.
