I'm also a designated Pricing Strategy Advisor & certified home stager and offer my services when listing with me. Staging helps homes to sell quicker and often brings a higher return for sellers. For buyers, I help with getting pre-approved for a mortgage, finding and showing you all of the properties that match your criteria, writing of contracts, home inspections, title and escrow, all the way to closing on your home!

ABOUT ME:

When I'm not busy watching episodes of Fixer Upper on HGTV, I enjoy working on home improvement projects with my husband, Michael.  Somehow, nothing is ever quite as simple as it seems on that show!  I also enjoy spending time with my two kids. I'm the proud mom of my Iowa State University Freshman daughter, Joslyn and my soccer player High School Freshamn son, Kellen. My daughter and I recently redecorated her room and loved finding our inspiration on Pinterest.  I love seeing my son grow as an athlete and couldn't be prouder to be a soccer mom.  My other passions are photography and interior decorating, they serve as my much needed creative outlet and serve as tools in my profession.
