I love real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, I was an Appraiser, licensed in 2008, and a Title Insurance Searcher. I became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2010 and have been working as an agent since then.  I have completed Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) training and enjoy taking new classes to benefit clients. I have valuable experience helping first-time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers with both residential and commercial properties. In 2023 and 2024 I was TOP 50 in the individual category for Nebraska Realty.

My process: Getting to know my client's needs and personal story is always my first step in the home buying or selling process. When buying, I work with my clients to look at homes in their loan approval range.  We discuss good down payment options and then we negotiate to get the best deal. I believe a home should be a blessing, not a financial curse. If my client is selling, then we work on getting some great marketing for the best exposure and less days on the market. The customer first is my moto.
