Melanie has lived in Lincoln for many years! As a television news reporter and anchor, she got to know the ins and outs of southeast Nebraska and the important people in it. She met politicians, was given a front row seat to significant events, and was there when Lincoln came together to celebrate big changes!

For several years Melanie Dawkins has held the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors. Melanie successfully completed a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
