I was born and raised in Omaha which has provided me the knowledge and insight to know the area inside and out.  Buying or selling a home (including new construction) can be a complex and stressful experience, I strive to ensure you have a positive and memorable experience.  I believe the odds of that happening go up dramatically when there's been a well thought out plan that is strategic and organized from the beginning.  By working with me, you can leverage and benefit from the relationships I've cultivated with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title/escrow companies, and other parties that can play an integral role in a positive experience.  The responsibility to be your Realtor® is one I do not take lightly, nor do I take for granted.  I aspire to be a person of high integrity, which is accomplished by being straightforward and honest, while always doing what is in the best interest of the client 100% of the time.
