Hello there! I'm Kate, and if there's one thing I can confidently say, it's that real estate runs through my veins. Growing up in Colorado, I was surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the real estate world, thanks to my mom's career as an agent. It's no wonder that when I relocated to Lincoln 14 years ago, the call of the real estate market felt like coming home. Along the way, I fell in love with a true Nebraska native, and together we're raising two incredible daughters who keep life vibrant and full of surprises. Before I embarked on this exciting journey as a Realtor, I had the privilege of serving as a surgical assistant at a local animal hospital. The experience was both enriching and deeply rewarding, solidifying my passion for helping others – whether they walk on two legs or four. Speaking of our furry friends, I'm a huge animal lover. In fact, fostering dogs has become a cherished part of my life. There's something truly special about being able to provide a temporary home for these precious animals as they make their way to their forever families. It's a small way of giving back to the community that has given me so much. When I'm not busy helping my clients navigate the real estate market or showering love on furry companions, you can find me indulging in some of my favorite things. Christmas holds a special place in my heart – there's just something magical about the holiday season that brings joy to every corner. And of course, I can't resist the comforting warmth of a cup of chai tea, accompanied by the soothing melodies of my favorite music.
