Janette Nielsen

I’m proud to be a Nebraska native, and excited to use my past career and life experiences to serve people in this exciting industry.  My husband, Jay Nielsen of Nielsen Custom Homes, has over 25 years of experience in residential building and remodeling, and I look forward to supporting his continued success and our family business through Nebraska Realty.  The majority of my personal time is spent with our three children, attending sporting events and working with local youth sports organizations.  Prior to working in residential construction, I worked for over 15 years in healthcare as an occupational therapist.  I specialized in working with the aging population assisting with home modifications and maximizing accessibility.  This experience will allow me to serve clients with all of their special and individual needs.
