Diane Warnke

Hello!  My name is Diane Warnke.  I am a Nebraska native, born and raised in Springfield, a community whose residents believe in family, ethical behavior and honest business dealings.  I am married, with three adult children and two grandchildren. 

As a child, I was taught the importance of giving back to my community and of always striving to make it better for everyone.  I do this through my involvement with my church, our family scholarship memorial that is in honor of my father and brother and as treasurer for the Springfield Business Association.  

I have been involved in real estate most of my adult life, first in the title insurance business, and since 1989, in the Douglas County Assessor/Register of Deeds office.  As a result, I understand the inner workings of real estate. 

I like real estate, and more importantly, I like helping people who are involved with real estate--sellers, buyers, those who are thinking about investing in a home ... for the first time or the fifth.  There is a lot to consider when you are involved with a real estate transaction.  Working together, I can help you get what you want, efficiently and effectively.
