Diane Mawby

Diane is new to Nebraska Realty as of May 2021, but not new to Real Estate.

After becoming a REALTOR in Jan 2017, she has enjoyed helping friends, family and clients buy, sell and invest over the past 4 years.

Diane and her husband moved to the Omaha area in Dec 2020 to be closer to family. She is thrilled to be 10 minutes from 2 grandchildren here in Omaha and 5 hours from 2 more in Valentine (and of course their parents as well) 😊 When Diane is not working or playing with grandkids you may find her on one of the many golf courses in Omaha or planning the next project of their fixer upper.

Diane has had years of sales experience, being a Mary Kay consultant for the past 24 years. She is no stranger to hard work having been a restauranteur for 6 ½ years in Tennessee and 6 ½ years in Nebraska, owning and operating multiple locations.

Diane and her husband have moved 13 times in the 37 years of being together, providing her years of experience buying & selling personal properties. She has personal knowledge & experience with investment properties and the 1031 exchange process as well.

Diane is very excited to have joined the Nebraska Realty family.
