Deborah Marshall

I was born in Plainview, Texas and moved to Nebraska at age 11. In 2004 I made Grand Island my home and knew I would raise my family here. Families are very important to me because I love to make memories and enjoy every moment that can be made in a home. I myself come from a big family, my husband Emmanuel and I have 6 children, all who we love and cherish dearly. I am a very outgoing and goal-oriented person I enjoy being a Dance & Football mom. My hobbies include working out, party planning, volleyball and bringing the family to the table every holiday. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High class of 2008. I received a scholarship to Central Community college 2008. I received my real estate license in 2018 and completed my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Certification 2024.

My decision to work in Real Estate was inspired by working in an office as the Marketing Coordinator. I enjoyed seeing the passion, quality of service, professionalism, integrity, and respect that all the agents provided and now I am proud to say I  provide the same qualities as a real estate professional. I have been servicing the Nebraska area for 6 1/2  years and earned my way to becoming a top producing agent, thankfully to my mentors, family, friends, and clients. I have received multiple top agent rewards, designations and certifications. I am apart of our  membership committee for our Grand Island Board of Realtors and a director for the Homebuyers Assistance Foundation (HBAF). I absolutely love to give back to our community and local shelters.

I believe that honesty, trust, to educate and communicate are the keys to build a strong relationship for all your real estate endeavors. I believe a smile can go along way and with my personality, determination and focus with helping my clients make a life changing decision is my priority. 

I am a member of the Nebraska Board of Realtors, Grand Island Board of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Services. Licensed to sell real estate in the state of Nebraska.
