More About Me - Darrin Schneckloth

I have always have had an interest in real estate for as long as I can remember.  Having purchased several properties myself over the years, I have always enjoyed the ‘thrill of the hunt’, and I want to be able to transfer that same, exciting experience I had onto my clients. I understand that when you're buying or selling real estate, you're making a big financial and life decision. Working with a real estate agent that you can trust and that puts your needs first is essential. Equally important is working with a Realtor® that has the skill and knowledge necessary to make the home buying and selling process as stress-free as possible.

Before becoming a real estate professional, I spent 20+ years in the electrical industry and have done just about everything there is to do  in the electrical field.  My career in the electrical industry has taught me a lot about work ethic, budgets, time management, and working under pressure. My electrical industry experience has also given me a very eclectic and practical knowledge base, and has allowed me to give sound advice to my clients on everything from electrical to HVAC, plumbing and more. Being a life long resident of the Omaha area and living in different areas of town has also given me a unique knowledge and respect of all of the Omaha areas and it's perpetual evolution.
