About Me

Hi, my name is Brenda Shafer. I have been a Registered Nurse working in the Healthcare field for over 35 years. I had wanted to be a nurse all my childhood so that I could help people and make them feel better. I have been a nurse in the nursing home and hospital settings, as well as home health in the rural farming communities.
As someone that enjoys listening to people, I decided to obtain my real estate license so that I could help people in another way; to achieve their dreams, to own their own home or possibly to find that perfect home as their family needs change.
My husband and I have lived in the Plattsmouth, NE area where we raised our four children for over 35 years. I am fortunate to have our four children and their families live in the Omaha and Papillion area. As a parent and grandparent of 15, I love spending time outdoors, gardening, camping, fishing, attending sporting events and supporting our local church.
My purpose as an agent is to listen to each client and find what they need in a home. I will then be able to guide them to the options available. I am here to lead you through each step of the process using my knowledge and experience.
