Andy Alloway
President & CEO, Designated Broker, Nebraska and Iowa
Andy, an Omaha native, has been the owner and President of Nebraska Realty since 2009. He began his real estate career in 2001 after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, and in 2004, he became General Manager of DEEB & Associates Real Estate. Andy acquired the company in 2009. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest real estate firms in the country.
Passionate about the company’s mission—“Real Estate is our What, but people are our Why”—Andy is committed to positively impacting employees, REALTORS®, clients, and communities.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family at Creighton basketball games, Husker football games, and other activities.
Andy has also served in several industry leadership roles, including as a member of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, President of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association, and as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® with Congressman Don Bacon. His greatest fulfillment, however, comes from his faith, family, and the people who have helped make Nebraska Realty a success.
Christy Leesley
COO, Executive Senior Broker, Nebraska and Iowa
"Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Christy takes pride in knowing the surrounding communities where she and her husband live and raise their two active boys, Paxton and Xander. Christy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. As a member of the Nebraska Realty staff in some capacity for over 22 of the 23+ years in the industry, Christy has learned a great deal with and from many of our agents at Nebraska Realty. Holding a broker’s license in both Nebraska and Iowa, her extensive sales experience has been invaluable in helping agents navigate the unique transactions that often arise.
Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Managing Broker, Christy is always willing to wear whatever “hat” is needed. Timothy Kubert
General Counsel
Tim has been with Nebraska Realty since 2023 and now serves in the role of General Counsel. In this role, Tim oversees the company's legal functions and advises the company’s senior management team in all areas of corporate and real estate law, including regulatory enforcement matters. Tim also assists with the company’s real estate development efforts across the region.
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Tim graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in 2017 and a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2020. Before joining Nebraska Realty, Tim worked as an attorney in private practice advising individuals, businesses, and governmental entities on a variety of real estate and business topics. He also obtained his Nebraska real estate license in 2021 and regularly helps buyers and sellers at every stage of the acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial real estate. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and following Husker athletics. Tim is also actively involved in his church community and several non-profit organizations.
Grace Dirnberger
Vice President of Accounting ServicesGrace was born and raised in Seward, NE, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration. Upon graduating, she moved to Omaha to work as a financial analyst at an actuarial consulting firm. In the fall of 2016, after providentially hearing of an open position with Nebraska Realty that answered many prayers, she accepted a job in the Accounting Department. Grace moved to South Dakota in the summer of 2018 after marrying her husband Caleb and has worked remotely for the company ever since. She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, being outdoors, fitness, baking, and a good cup of coffee or old-fashioned. But in all of life, her greatest joy and highest aim is to love God and the people around her.

Deda Myhre
Senior Managing Broker, Relocation Director
Deda joined the team in 2015 as the Managing Broker of the Omaha office, after 15 years of experience at another local real estate company. Before her career in real estate, Deda was an early childhood educator, earning a double degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
After relocating four times in 16 years due to her husband's career, and buying and selling homes throughout the process, Deda recognized that real estate was a natural fit and decided to pursue it as a career in 2001. She has a genuine passion for helping other agents grow and succeed and is committed to continuous learning. Deda takes great pride in being a resource for agents, leading the weekly sales meetings, accountability groups, and training classes within the company. She is always available to assist in any way she can.
Outside of her professional life, Deda enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, attending concerts, traveling, watching sports, and going on road trips in their convertible. She also takes full advantage of the community's many great activities. Deda has two wonderful children, Kayla and her husband Johnny in California, and Alex and his wife Kenzie in Omaha. She treasures her role as ""Mimi"" to her grandchildren, Jack and June, and makes it a priority to visit them in California as often as possible.
Kelly Jourdan
VP of Operations & Senior Managing BrokerKelly is a REALTOR®, Managing Broker, and the Director of Agent Services at Nebraska Realty. She received her real estate license in May 2005 and became a part of the staff shortly after. Kelly now handles many of the day-to-day agent support items, agent onboarding process, and manages many of the company’s tech tools such as Dotloop & Imprev. In 2017, she created and remains an active member of the Nebraska Realty Kindness Crew. Before real estate, Kelly enjoyed a successful career as a hairdresser. On a more personal note, Kelly is a devoted Christian, plant mom, and baker.

Rebecca Sain
Senior Managing Broker, Sarpy
With a career in real estate that began in 2003, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in loan processing, title and escrow, trust accounting, administration, sales, and management. After earning her broker's license in 2013, Rebecca joined Nebraska Realty as the Sarpy County Managing Broker in 2018. Her mission is to share my knowledge and expertise to guide others toward success, offering exceptional service, current market insights, and sound advice to navigate even the most challenging transactions.
In 2007, Rebecca and her family and moved to Offutt AFB, where they have loved raising my two teenage sons in a close-knit community. Originally from California, Rebecca has embraced the charm of smaller-town living. In her free time, she enjoys exploring on road trips, relaxing on beaches, and creating lasting memories together. Rebecca also finds joy and tranquility in running around nearby lakes, taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife.
Thane Jensen
Senior Managing Broker, Lincoln
Originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1994, Thane earned his broker’s license in 1997. He has been in management and/or ownership of a brokerage since 1997. As a Senior Managing Broker for Nebraska Realty, along side 2 other managing brokers in the Lincoln office, he focuses on recruiting, training and managing over 240 agents.
In his free time Thane loves to hang out with family at his farm, travel, as well as busting knuckles on his small collection of muscle cars and hot rods.
Arla Meyer
Senior Managing Broker, LincolnArla is one of the Managing Brokers for the Lincoln office and has been licensed since 1994. While initially enjoying listing and selling, she discovered a passion for training and mentoring agents, helping them develop successful careers in real estate. Actively involved at the local, state, and national levels, Arla is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise to guide others in building a strong foundation for their future in the industry.

TJ Gibbons
Managing Broker, Lincoln
TJ grew up in Lincoln and attended Lincoln East High School and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, graduating in May of 2014. He started his pursuit of his real estate license in the summer of 2014 and was officially licensed as a real estate salesperson in the winter of 2014. After joining Nebraska Realty, TJ decided that he wanted to further his career as a managing broker and secured his broker's license in the fall of 2019. The thing he loves about real estate is having the ability to help people make a gigantic, life-changing investment enjoyably and excitingly. As a manager, he enjoys being a point of contact for agents with all big and small issues, helping them find success in their careers.
In his spare time, TJ enjoys spending time with his family and loves hitting the golf course with buddies and going out with friends and family whenever he can.
Michael Rivera
Managing Broker, Grand Island
Michael was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. He attended college in Minnesota, ultimately making his way back to Nebraska afterward. His real estate career then began in Central Nebraska and after a couple of years, he moved to Omaha, joining the NR family at the beginning of 2016. He became a member of the staff, assisting in office work, listings, audits, and input. In 2017, Michael was presented with an opportunity to become the Internal Marketing Director and Events Planner for Nebraska Realty.
In the winter of 2018, Michael and his family moved back to Grand Island to be closer to family. After a couple of years of establishing Nebraska Realty in Grand Island, Michael became the Managing Broker of the Central Nebraska offices in 2022.
Throughout his time with Nebraska Realty, Michael has found a sense of family in the company. He shares the company’s values and prioritizes trust and the importance of positive relationships. Michael is not scared of hard work or getting creative either!
In his spare time, Michael and his wife have their hands full chasing their three sons, as well as their two feisty dogs. He has a passion for music and enjoys catching any live music concern he can. Michael also loves to watch Wheel of Fortune on the weekdays.
Patrick Markle
Managing Broker, Hastings
Pat moved to Hastings, NE from Seward, NE in 1992 to further his education. A few years later, he married his wife, Lisa, and together they raised two wonderful daughters who are now married and starting families of their own.
His real estate career began in 2004, and for the past three years, he has been proud to be part of Nebraska Realty. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, many of whom have become lifelong friends. He looks forward to continuing to foster meaningful connections and serving the Nebraska Realty community.
Trevor Storovich
Managing Broker, Iowa
Trevor received his real estate license in 2018 and in 2020, he transitioned to a full-time REALTOR®. In May 2023, he earned his Broker's License and assumed the role of Managing Broker for Embarc’s Iowa operations. Trevor was encouraged to pursue real estate by his wife, Sara, to gain the flexibility to raise their two daughters, Joslyn and Piper.
Before joining real estate, Trevor worked for a medical supply company based in Jacksonville, FL, which allowed him to advance in his career while relocating across the country. He has lived in Sacramento, CA, Olathe, KS, and Phoenix, AZ, before returning to Nebraska in 2011. After marrying, he and Sara decided to settle in Carter Lake, IA, where they are raising their family.
As Managing Broker, Trevor’s primary goal is to serve as a valuable resource for both the team of agents at Embarc and the communities of Southwest Iowa. In his free time, Trevor enjoys golfing, boating, and traveling with his family.
Jim O’Neal
New Construction Director, Senior BrokerOriginally from a small Nebraska town, Jim attended college and earned a degree in Architectural Drafting, Design, and Surveying. Following college, he worked in the construction industry eventually becoming a foreman and superintendent. Jim transitioned to the sales industry and got his Nebraska real estate salesperson license in 2004. In 2009 he became a member of the Nebraska Realty staff and eventually became a managing broker. Jim serves as a resource to agents representing builders and those doing new home transactions. He also helps oversee the Nebraska Realty facilities. Jim likes to be involved in community service and his faith. Of all his life experiences and job titles, Jim’s favorite is grandfather. Spending time with family is his favorite pastime.

Crystal Archer grew up in a small town in Central Kansas, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. After a couple of years in the Washington, D.C. area, she and her husband, Kevin landed in Omaha in 2005. They consider it the perfect mid-sized Midwest city to live in and raise their two boys, Quinton and Colton.
Crystal began a career in real estate in 2011 when she obtained her real estate license. Since then, she has enjoyed building relationships with people and helping them achieve their home ownership dreams. With attention to detail and a passion for educating, her clients know what to expect throughout the buying and selling process. Crystal is very involved in the local real estate industry which makes her an informed resource for both clients and colleagues.
Marcus Brown
Agent Technology AdvisorIn 2023, Marcus transitioned to real estate after more than a decade in education, where he honed his skills of creativity, problem-solving, and inspiring others to achieve their goals. Originally from St. Joseph, MO, Marcus moved to Nebraska to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a degree in music education and performed with the Cornhusker Marching Band. Jennifer Bober
Recruiting CoordinatorBorn and raised in Omaha, Jennifer left for 8 years having the opportunity to live in New Jersey and Kansas City while her husband played in the NFL. She returned to Omaha in 2008 to set down roots with her husband Chris, two children (Austin & Hanna), and beloved dogs. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and went on to get her Masters Degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey. After spending 7 years in marketing, sales, business development, and recruiting Jennifer joined Nebraska Realty as an agent, alongside her husband. She fell in love with real estate and enjoyed building a real estate business with Chris. In the fall of 2019, Jennifer joined the NR family as part of the recruiting team, having the opportunity to combine her real estate experience with her love of business development. What matters most to Jennifer is making a real human connection, helping people become educated, and supporting them as they make the best decisions for their future. As Director of Marketing, Megan uses her strong strategy, management, and relationship-building skills to create connections and propel business endeavors forward. With experience across multiple industries, Megan brings agility and expertise to all her work.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Megan’s previous work spans large publicly traded organizations to start-up endeavors. She brings experience in customer service, account management, corporate communication, brand strategy, project management, and content leadership. She has worked in a variety of industries including real estate, financial services, private equity, renewable energy, e-commerce, agribusiness, and non-profit.

Adriana Fernandez

Adriana was raised in both Florida and Nebraska, earning the title of ""Flori-Nebraskan."" She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations. During her time at UNL, Adriana gained valuable marketing experience working with Jacht Ad Agency, a student-run agency in Lincoln, and LaForce Agency, a lifestyle and fashion public relations firm in New York City.
When Adriana learned that the company was seeking a marketing specialist for their Lincoln office, she seized the opportunity, knowing her skills in graphic design, video/photo production, and marketing strategy would be a strong fit. Adriana is passionate about helping agents succeed and thrive through innovative marketing solutions, ensuring they shine brighter in their work.

Mark McCoy
IT Director/Network Engineer
Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from the University of Akron (1983) and a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University (2006).
Mark’s professional background spans extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. From 1983 to 1994, he served as a Communications/Computer Systems Officer in the United States Air Force. Following his active duty, he continued in the United States Air Force Reserve in the same role until 2017.
Since 1994, Mark has worked in various IT, teaching, and system security roles both within and outside the real estate industry. His real estate experience includes contract support for companies such as CBSHOME, Berkshire Hathaway Ambassador, Nebraska Realty, and ReMax, while his broader IT experience spans organizations like Inacom Corp, ITT, CTG, Bank of the West, Kidwell, and Marco Technologies, providing him with a diverse skill set in IT support and systems integration.

Dion Woods
IT Systems Engineer
Dion was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. He is married, has three children, and is a proud grandfather. With over seven years of experience in real estate IT, Dion has developed a deep passion for supporting real estate professionals through technology.
Dion holds a Bachelor of Science in Network and System Administration from Bellevue University. He enjoys working closely with agents on a daily basis, helping them leverage technology to enhance their business operations and drive success.

Jill Volkmann

Jill was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from Burke High School and earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. With over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jill joined Nebraska Realty’s Accounting Department in 2014.
As a dedicated single mother, Jill raised two sons: Louie, 31, who lives in Omaha, and Jake, 29, who resides in Colorado.
In her spare time, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly working in her yard and garden. She is also a passionate football fan and looks forward to football season each year, where she can be found cheering on her favorite team, the New England Patriots.
Jeri Beth Dragon

Jeri Beth arrived in Omaha from Maryland 28 years ago, after finishing up her elementary education degree and marrying an Omaha native. She decided to make the transition to the real estate world after running an in-home daycare and preschool for 18 years. Although she received her real estate license in 2010, she didn’t join the staff at Nebraska Realty until 2015 working at the Front Desk and in the Listings & Pending Department. Now she’s the Compliance Manager and an Associate Broker. Jeri Beth is still active in real estate and enjoys helping her clients find their dream home.
Jeri Beth loves to spend time with her husband Dennis and their four grown children and 3 grandchildren. Besides her family, she enjoys volunteering with her church, reading, and watching old movies.
Gina Simon
Listing Compliance Specialist
Gina is a graduate of Westside High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree with an emphasis in Advertising. She is married to Don, the Chief Building Official for Sarpy County, and a graduate of Bryan High School and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Their daughter, Alexa, is also a current Nebraska Realty agent, living in Midtown Omaha and working at OrthoNebraska. Gina and Don have four grown stepchildren and five grandchildren.
Professionally, Gina has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1996. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in corporate relocation and has had the privilege of working with many top-producing agents in the industry. Her real estate career has afforded her the flexibility to coach soccer for many years and to balance family life while raising her five children. Now an empty nester, Gina finds herself energized by her work and enjoys staying active in the industry. Nancy Spencer

Nancy is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a recent grandmother to a precious baby girl. She has lived in Omaha for most of her life, except at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. Nancy spent over 20 years as a math teacher in Omaha and Millard Public Schools and was also fortunate to stay home with her children during their formative years.
In July 2018, after the passing of her husband of nearly 29 years, Nancy decided to pivot in her career. Inspired by a friend’s suggestion and motivated by the changes in her life, she began exploring real estate. Nancy quickly found that real estate was more than just a career—it felt like an exciting new adventure. She is passionate about helping people and finds joy in guiding them through the home-buying and selling process.
In addition to her professional life, Nancy enjoys walking her dogs, practicing Pilates, and landscaping. Having experienced the profound loss of both her mother and husband within a short period, she is deeply committed to living a healthy and fulfilling life. One of her favorite quotes is “Keep moving forward” by Walt Disney, which resonates with her positive outlook on life. Although many in her age group are considering retirement, Nancy feels as though her true journey has just begun.
Molly Winge
Listing Compliance Specialist
Born and raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Molly’s route to real estate is a little different than most. After high school, she attended the University of Nebraska and played golf for the Huskers. After graduating from UNL, golf took her out to southern California, where she worked at La Quinta Resort and PGA WEST. She worked in various aspects of the golf industry there, from an assistant golf professional to tournament coordinator, to Director of Golf Sales for the Resort. It was in La Quinta, CA where she met her husband, Brian, a MN native, and they started their family. Eventually, the desire to raise their children back in the Midwest is what brought them back to Nebraska.
At that time, having just moved back to NE with two small boys, Molly started working for the realtor that helped them find their new home. Working as an assistant, she eventually would get her license to become a realtor herself. She got her real estate license in 2017, and she has been with Nebraska Realty since 2019. She also joined our team in 2022, working part time in the listings department.
Molly and her husband Brian, along with their sons, Hagen and Palmer, enjoy various outdoor activities including golf, baseball, and snowmobiling.
Heather Williams
Listings Compliance SpecialistCapable, Adaptive, and Hardworking Omaha Native here! Heather Williams goes above and beyond for those she assists and will not rest until her job is done. She started her Real Estate career in 2022 after graduating from UNO with her bachelor's in Multidisciplinary Studies with concentrations in marketing and sales. In November 2022 she joined the Nebraska Realty staff and hasn't looked back since. Growing up she moved around from Bellevue, Ralston, Millard, Springfield, and South Omaha so it's safe to say she knows the area well. Heather enjoys helping REALTORS with their listing paperwork, assisting clients with their home goals, and being part of the NR family. Outside of work, you can find Heather tending to her garden, learning new recipes, creating arts and crafts, and enjoying the sunsets.
Kimberly Menagh
Listings Compliance Specialist
Born in Maryland and raised in Colorado, Kimberly moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, in 2001 after leaving a Private Investigation Firm to be closer to a best friend. With 14 years of experience in the real estate industry—working for both a Title Company and a Mortgage Lender—Kimberly decided to leave the corporate ""9 to 5"" world and obtained her Real Estate License in 2018. After spending her first year in real estate with Keller Williams, she joined Nebraska Realty in 2019 and has since found her true sense of belonging and purpose.
In 2011, Kimberly met ""My Person,"" and in 2014, they celebrated their love with an epic Batman-themed backyard wedding filled with props, fun, and laughter. As a proud stepmother to three amazing daughters—two of whom have ventured out on their own while the youngest is set to graduate high school in 2025—family life is a central part of her world. At home, she and her husband share their lives with two beloved dogs, Fleetwood Mags and Howie, who refuse to lay down unless a blanket is provided—proof that they are, indeed, spoiled!
When not spending time with family or participating in Mustang events with her husband, Kimberly enjoys reading murder mysteries, practicing Pilates, and embracing any kind of shenanigans with friends. In fact, two close friends have lovingly bestowed the nickname ""MeNaughty"" as a testament to her fun-loving spirit!

Karla is originally from sunny California and moved to Omaha, NE, 11 years ago. She is married and has three boys—Aaron, Alex, and Anthony.
In February 2015, Karla made the decision to transition into real estate, driven by her passion for working with people and families. She became a licensed REALTOR® and, in November of the same year, joined the company, where she later transitioned to the administration team in April 2016.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Karla enjoys spending time with her family. She is an enthusiastic supporter of her son's sports activities and takes great pride in being their number one fan.
Joanne DeYong

Originally from Wahoo, NE Joanne comes to Lincoln to attend college. After graduation, she spent several months in Germany. She returned to Lincoln to begin her Real Estate Career at the Realtors Association of Lincoln in 1981. In 1983, she started working at Woods Bros Realty where she worked for 38 years before joining Nebraska Realty in September 2020.
She has been married to David for 31 years, and together, they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Joanne loves to cook and bake especially around the holidays. Summer is her favorite time of year. She enjoys fishing, camping & family boating time. She and David also enjoy Street Dances, small-town pubs, and outdoor festivals.
Sherri Daly

Sherri was born and raised in a small town south of Omaha, NE. She received her real estate license in 2015 and represented a builder for 7 years. She transferred to Nebraska Realty in March 2023 so she could be more versatile in helping buyers and sellers with both new construction and existing homes. She recently began working part time on staff in the pending department.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, live music, working on home projects, reading, bicycling, and spending time with her two dogs & friends, and family.
Annie Kirby
Pending SpecialistAnnie is a native of Omaha, NE, where she was born and raised. She earned her real estate license in 2020 and became a member of Nebraska Realty that same year in March. In March 2021, Annie expanded her role by joining the team in the Pending Department on a part-time basis. Outside of work, she loves staying active with walking, tackling home projects, reading, and enjoying quality time with her two dogs, cats, and loved ones.
Tiffany Snyder
Final Compliance Specialist
Tiffany became a staff member at Nebraska Realty in July of 2012 and got her real estate license in June of 2020. She was hired to work at the front desk and did so for several years, before transitioning into the back office.
Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, and loves her alone time, especially reading.
Denise Dysart

Denise was born and raised in Omaha, NE where she met her husband, Russ. They were married in 2001 and settled down to raise their family. She was blessed with two sons, Anthony and Hunter, and a very spirited granddaughter named Avianna-all of whom she is most proud of! She is an avid animal lover and enjoys reading books, watching movies, and taking care of her family. When she is not being the ‘Director of First Impressions’ she enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin in Yankton, SD.
Denise joined Nebraska Realty in 2018 and can be found most days at the front desk of the main office, quick to offer a warm smile or a refreshing drink. She takes much pride in being a member of Nebraska Realty and truly enjoys serving her agents alongside her amazing co-workers.
Jane France

Jane has over 15 years of experience in the Omaha Real Estate market. She has worked as a Personal Real Estate Assistant for most of those 10 years. With her strong people skills and organizational skills, she was able to give her agents the help they needed when it came to their business. Whether it was as their transaction coordinator, the one to personally interact with those concerned with a property, marketing or giving a helpful hand in the staging aspect of preparing a home for sale. She provided the skills necessary to complete each duty to its fullest.
When Jane isn’t in the Real Estate office you can find her with her husband of 29 years. They have a son and daughter. She enjoys reading, being outside and spending time with family and friends.
Debbie Shields
Director of First Impressions, Lincoln OfficeDebbie graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Marketing. She moved to Lincoln shortly thereafter to start her career. Debbie worked for Sandhills Publishing, the Lincoln Journal Star Newspaper, and Woods Bros Realty before coming to Nebraska Realty. Debbie joined Nebraska Realty in February 2019 after 20 years with Woods Bros Realty. All her previous positions had been connected to Advertising & Marketing, but now her job focus is more administrative. Debbie enjoys traveling, photography, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Angelica Hobbs
Operations CoordinatorBorn and raised in a small town, Angelica is a dedicated real estate professional with a rich personal and professional background. After 15 years in public schools, Angelica made a career switch to real estate over three years ago and hasn’t looked back. A period of living abroad, while her husband was in the military, ignited a love for diverse cultures and travel. Now, alongside a supportive husband and two children, Angelica passionately facilitates real estate transactions and delights in helping clients find their dream homes. In her free time, she loves camping with friends and family or relaxing with a good book.
Carrie Hart
Events Coordinator & Director of Agent ExperienceAs a native of Elkhorn, NE Carrie was excited to back come home to Nebraska after living with her family in Hendersonville, TN. Carrie and her husband Ron are the proud parents of 4 very active children and can be found spending their spare time chauffeuring kids from activity to activity: rugby, dance team, gymnastics, baseball, and any school activity they want or need to attend. In a rare occasion of downtime, you will find Carrie on the lake boating during the Summer if possible. Carrie attended Northwest Missouri State before working as a manager at a fundraising company for 15 plus years, she has also worked for the Elkhorn School District, managed a gymnastics studio, and taught numerous types of dance classes. Carrie is an incredible event coordinator, her creativity and attention to detail take our agent events to a whole new level for our Nebraska Realty family.
